Roosevelt School is happy to announce this year's recipients of the Governor's Educator and Educational Service Professional of the year awards to Mrs. Arianna Perez, kindergarten teacher, and Mrs. Mercedes Riehl, teacher aide.

We are so happy to share with you some images of Mayor Brian P. Stack's Thanksgiving Dinner at the Roosevelt School location. Thank you Mayor Stack and all the volunteers that joined us! It is always a pleasure to be able to share with our community!

After listening to "Balloons Over Broadway" students in 605 created their own balloon for a parade and wrote a descriptive paragraph about it. They then lined up and had their own "Balloons Over Hudson Avenue" parade!

Roosevelt School would like to congratulate our Assistant Principal Tim Crabbe and all of the Crabbe Family on today's Street Naming Ceremony for Arnold Crabbe!

In honor of Veteran's Day, students from rooms 302 & 305 read about the 5 military branches and researched about the newest branch. They wrote summaries of the information and created Story Boards.

A drug educational program for parents/guardians of middle school students on Tuesday, November 30 at 6:30 PM in the Union City High School Theater. Click above to view the flyers in English and Spanish.
