The Success of the Halloween Parade The Roosevelt School had a spookily good time hosting parents for our K-3 Halloween Parade! Thank you to all who were able to attend and make this Halloween a festive time for everyone.
Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month Mrs. Rodriguez and her 3rd grade bilingual students shared with us some highlights of their Hispanic Heritage projects. The projects celebrating their different cultures were presented by each student to their classmates. It was truly an educational experience during this very important month.

Learning Fire Prevention Thank you to the North Hudson Regional Fire Department for teaching our 4th graders all about fire prevention. Our students also enjoyed learning about the gear that keeps our firefighters safe and of course they loved exploring the big red fire engine.
The Importance of the Week of Respect Mrs. DeAngelo's Kindergarten class listened to "The Color Monster" and talked about the different emotions we can feel each day in celebration of the Week of Respect.
