Roosevelt School's 3rd & 4th Graders participated in "Chalk the Walk" to kick off NJ Violence Awareness Week on October 21st. They wrote special messages and self-affirmations to promote positivity and peace in the community.

The Roosevelt School held its first ever SEL Pep Rally during New Jersey Violence Awareness Week. Students were introduced to our school values and our brand new school motto. They participated in mindful breathing techniques and enjoyed some dancing! Thank you for taking the time to view this exceptional video.

The Roosevelt School wants to thank Mayor Brian P. Stack & Commissioners for our annual pumpkin delivery! It was a truly enjoyable activity for everyone involved.

On Friday, October 25th, 2024, our school held a Parent Breakfast culminating New Jersey School Violence Awareness Week. Our guest speakers were Mr. Brian Wolpert, School Safety & Security Specialist, and Officer Alex Rivera, Roosevelt SRO. They explained the measures our school and district have in place to facilitate a safe environment for our students and staff. Thank you to Officer Carlos Pina for joining our speakers as well.

The Roosevelt School held a successful Back to School Night on October 8, 2024. We were thrilled to have so many of our families make it out to see us! It was a great start to the school year.
